RETURN POLICY
Our policy allows for exchanges or store credit for full-price items; we do not offer refunds. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Sale items, altered merchandise, usage defects, special orders, personalized orders, and gift cards are all final sale. D. Lacquaniti reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet the requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and will be responsible for the cost of return shipping with the courier of your choice. Shipping charges must be paid directly to the courier when shipping, which D. Lacquaniti does not take responsibility for. You'll have to inform our customer service team which courier was used and provide the return's tracking number.

To start a return request, contact us at shoes@dlacquaniti.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
